A typical planning of these activities is listed below for the preparation and pilot phases. However, the exact timeline and detailed requirements for each activity depend on the specific circumstances in the region. Hence, the plan needs to be adjusted for each EWS implementation to remain relevant.

We reckon that for most users seeing and integrating the predictions covers their needs. Only when a user wants to start incorporating their own data should they aim for higher levels and thus come to the Open Source option.
